Have you lost your certificate? Don’t worry, we can arrange a replacement. Please click here to download a certificate re-issue form. Once completed, please email the form to info@pinnacle.edu.au
 
All of our certificates undergo a compliance check and may take up to 21 days to be sent from the date of payment. There is a re-issue fee of $50 per document, to postage within Australia, and all certificates will be posted via express post.
