Study skills

Deciding to take up study after a long break can sometimes seem a bit daunting. If you are in this situation, we recommend you start with one unit of competency and commence your studies as soon as you enrol.

Prepare a schedule and set aside the same period of time each week to get back into a study routine.

Pinnacle has developed a comprehensive study guide (available by request to our enrolled students) that is designed to assist students with their learning experience and to provide general information on study techniques.

Extensions

Students can discuss and make requests for course extensions beyond their published enrolment deadlines time frame. Requests will be reviewed on an individual basis and will need to be made in writing; requests should be made to your Pinnacle Student Adviser.
